As is required to process any transaction, we will collect sensitive information such as credit card details and billing information when you order through our website. Please note that never store credit card information on our servers. The information is sent to our payment gateway (Stripe), at which point it is out of our hands. Program Installation and Maintenance

If you wish for our technicians to perform a software installation, update, or troubleshoot issues with software on your server, sensitive information such as FTP login details and MySQL database information may be requested from you. This information is securely transferred over an SSL connection and subsequently encrypted and stored in a secure database. Access to this information is limited to the staff members responding to your request. You can remove this information from our database at any time from your Member Guardian account management page.

In order to receive support and download purchased software, you will be requested to create an account with Member Guardian. During the registration process, information such as contact information will be requested. This information can be updated at any time from your account management page.
